General Terms

All services provided by DN Design Studio are subject to the following conditions:

1. Project Scope

Project scope and deliverables are defined in individual contracts. Changes to the scope may result in adjusted timelines and fees.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at the beginning of each project. Standard payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.

4. Liability

DN Design Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

5. Confidentiality

All project information is treated as confidential. DN Design Studio maintains strict confidentiality agreements with all clients.

Commitment to Confidentiality

DN Design Studio operates under strict confidentiality protocols. Trust and discretion are fundamental to our business relationships, especially in automotive and high-value industrial projects.

1. Confidential Information Protection

All information shared by clients, including but not limited to:

• Design concepts and technical specifications
• Product development plans and timelines
• Business strategies and market information
• Proprietary technologies and methodologies
• Financial and contractual terms
• Vehicle designs and automotive concepts
• Prototype data and performance metrics

...is treated as strictly confidential and proprietary.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Every client project is protected by a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement. We require:

• Mutual NDAs for most projects to protect both parties
• Unilateral NDAs where client confidentiality is the primary concern
• Employment NDAs for all team members with project access
• Contractor NDAs for any external partners involved

3. Data Security & Storage

Confidential information is:

• Stored on encrypted, password-protected systems
• Restricted to authorized personnel only
• Not shared with third parties without explicit written consent
• Securely deleted upon project completion or at client request
• Never discussed in public or accessible environments

4. Portfolio & Public Disclosure

Projects are featured in our portfolio or marketing materials only with explicit written permission from the client. We understand the sensitivity of automotive and confidential projects and respect client wishes regarding public visibility.

5. Post-Project Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely after project completion, unless otherwise specified in the contract. We maintain confidentiality even after:

• Project delivery and payment completion
• Business relationship termination
• Industry announcements or public launches

6. Team Accountability

All team members and contractors are bound by individual confidentiality agreements. We maintain strict internal controls and accountability for any breach of confidentiality.

7. Legal Remedies

Breach of confidentiality is treated as a serious contractual violation. We are prepared to pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief, for any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.
